Recently in past years, there have been many viral scam/spam links speeded in Facebook. This links worked as just open feed url from your friends post and you are scammed. The link is posted on behalf of you. Your friends have been messaged with very same link. You cannot alter it and most frightening fact is you don’t know about until someone reads this link and tell you to delete it, which is very embarrassing. So, here are some of the tips to avoid such links
#4: avoid opening shortened url unless from trusted
Many of the blogger do use short url for publishing article links, It may sound like obvious reason for their seo needs. But it do come with some bad side, where user may not see url without opening the real page.
so the easiest way is to see if the page/user who posted the link do often use such link, then go with link
and if it is unfamiliar just don’t open it.'
#3: Copy suspicious url and run in private browsing sessions.
Many times the title of url is having such the incompleteness, that we cannot resist opening it, In such case just open new private browsing in your favorite browser and open the link.
if it do allow you to see content it is great. Otherwise if it asks for some steps of fb login it is spam.
#2: avoid urls with over eagerness or incompleteness..
Avoide such urls like,
oh my god i cannot believe..
its holy crap i bet you cannot see..
I cannot believe she can really do it
